The leather is in good condition, no breaks or cracks in the parts. Looks to have been restored at some point or ? Its very nice. It does have the Hydro Fluid in the base so it is heavy and cannot be tipped. It will take someone with knowledge to pick it up from our front porch...We picked this at the estate of the travelling insurance man. Plans change and we are moving in a different direction ; it needs a new forever home....talk to me....

    The leather is in good condition, no breaks or cracks in the metal parts. Looks to have been restored at some point or ? Its very nice. ====It does have the Hydro Fluid in the base ===so it is heavy==== and cannot be tipped.
