    Description

    Antique Art Deco Pink Seed Beed Lariat Necklace. It has a geometric and Swastika good luck pattern. The tassels are attached to a pink, faceted, glass teardrop, with an iridescent bead at the top of each teardrop. About 23" long. The necklace is 5/8" wide. The pendant is 1 1/4" wide. The tassels hang 4" from the pendant. One of the tassel loops is broken. I'm including the loose seed beads, should the new owner want to repair it, but not all the loose seed beads are included. Gift box included.
    Swastika is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘swastik’, which is composed of ‘su’ which means ‘good, well’, ‘asti’ meaning ‘to be’, and ‘ka’ as a suffix – all of which combined ultimately mean ‘well-being’. Swastika is mentioned quite often in the ancient Indian religious texts, Vedas, to signify prosperity, success and good luck.
