Antique Art Nouveau brass amethyst lilac glass cross pendant

Description

Today I am selling a gorgeous Art Nouveau cross pendant. The aged brass has curved sides and pointed ends. Set in the center is a 7 mm amethyst faceted glass round stone in a raised bezel setting and open back. Six other stones in similar settings are placed in each section of the cross. Five are 4.5 mm in diameter and lilac in color, and the last is 3 mm and an even paler shade of purple. Raised brass scroll designs that form an urn type shape around the lilac stones complete the cross. A round brass jump ring is attached to a loop at the top.
CONDITION: Very good for its age. All of the glass stones are intact, with only minor scratches. The brass is meant to look aged, but there is also tarnish around the settings and scroll designs along with scratches and sticker residue on the back.
CIRCA: 1890s to 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: almost 2 5/16 inches long, not including jump ring, and 1 5/8 inches at its widest
