Antique Koken Congress Oak Barber Chair

Description

Late 1800s Early 1900s Koken Congress Hydraulic Barber Chair. Made of Oak very beautiful and great for a restoration project. The guy I purchased from bought this at auction in New York City.
Also comes with a brand new chromed pedestal base ring I recently purchased off eBay for 5. The current ring is cracked so the new one is included.
