This is a beautiful chair, fabric in perfect condition, leather shows age on arms but is in tact, one chip on wood at arm, missing one spindle under yet stands steady, typical wear to wood, not sure what the wood on back of seat is for, maybe missing a piece? This was a prop in the movie glory? The last confederate? I Can't recall. I purchased at an antique auction years ago, items were from a movie filmed partially in SC. NO RETURN AFTER PICK UP
