These all look to be new in the packages. I only saw one package that was open it still had the full sheets inside. These all come from one collector wh o wrote on the packages some as you can see. I took photos of every package so scroll through the listing to see what's included. I'm listing these as used because of the writing on the packages and not because any decals were used.
